Werkema Machine Company, Inc. was originally established as a designer and builder of special machinery. Since then we have expanded to creating machines for high production machining of castings and forgings. Most machines we build are dial type index machines, however, we build many other types as well. Our machines have earned us the reputation of being one of the foremost quality machine builders available.

Our machines begin in our own engineering department with a well planned quote based on a sound process that provides the foundation of a machine's design. Utilizing AutoCad, we are able to complete detailed a design of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical components and other systems. This design process virtually eliminates errors and potential problems as the machine is constructed.

All our machines are built to our customers' specifications using the components of their choice. Upon completion, the machines are tested for performance, safety, and reliablity. Excellent documentation is provided in the form of detailed schematics for electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Upon request, we will also provide training for operators , setup, and maintenance personnel.
